Refund Policy

At Seva Group, we are grateful for your generous support. As a charitable trust, donations are used to fund our social and humanitarian initiatives. However, in certain situations, a refund may be considered under the following policy:
  • All donations are final and non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or due to a technical issue, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the donated amount has not yet been allocated or utilized for any charitable purpose.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of donation. This may include credit card, bank account, UPI, or wallet, as applicable.
  • It may take 7–10 working days to process an approved refund.
  • To request a refund please email us at [email protected] with proof of transaction (such as donation receipt or transaction ID).
  • The Seva Group reserves the right to refuse a refund request at its sole discretion.
